Adventurous Day

Today I had probably the craziest day of my life. It was horrifying and I didn't know when I would see my family again.

It started out when I went for a ride on the four wheeler in the back of The Bluffs like i have been doing for a few days because of the mud- its fun. :) lol well i decided to go somewhere me and my dad went a few days ago. when we went, i saw this cool stream looking thing but we didn't have time to go down to it. So today i thought well since there's time- i guess I'll check it out...bad idea...
it was fun and cool until i went somewhere else. thankfully my dog was with me so she was kind of leading the way and we were finding some cool spots i never knew was back there. but then i noticed we had been walking for a while so its probably time to start heading back. so we did. until i realized- man this is the woods- where everything looks the same and i have NO idea which way to go. so we just went one way and we were walking and walking and i was getting hit in the face by limbs and i was getting stuck in bushes. it was horrible. we ended up at the creek...but not the creek i usually go to AT ALL. it was far. far from where i left the four wheeler and far from the house. it was just a creek in the middle of the woods. so i started to really get scared because we had been walking trying to find the way back for quite some time now. i was now at this point panicking. by this time i decided to lay down on the sand for a while and just rest for a minute. when i started to lay down i pretty much just collapsed from being so dehydrated and worn out. my dog had a cut above her eye and i had cuts all over my arm from falling and trying to keep up with the dog. i had tripped and gotten stuck in a big wad of thorns. so i had little pokey things all in my arms and legs. oh yeah btw we had left the creek by now- we were walking in the woods again. then i decided to sit down just on the wet muddy ground and rest again. i was just pulling out thorns from my hands and arm. my dog started walking again so i did too. i was horrified. i was lost. big time. i began to cry and hope someone would hear me or i would finally find some way out the woods. no sign of any way out and no sign of any civilization at that. i was deep in the woods. my arm was bleeding and i was really dehydrated and had a very bad head ache. i was not doing to well. finally i remembered that Lilly knows her way home from anywhere so i began telling her just to go home. that's what i would keep saying- GO HOME! you can do it! just find the way home! and after MANYYY falls and me getting stuck- i heard a voice. by this point i was about to pass out and i was just so bad off. so if i tried to run- i couldn't. but Lilly heard the voice too and she took off- but me- hah i wish i could have. then she realized i wasn't keeping up with her so she came back :) shes a sweet dog. but i began to really listen. i heard "Kaylee? its me. I'm coming." "DAD?!?!" i was totally out of breath and weak but i had to find who it was. yes- it was him right up a little cliff thing. i finally could see him after darting through quick sand and dry sand and foot-deep water. i was so bad off. my mom and dad were both there and told me my sister and her husband were around the neighborhood seeing if i had come out the woods over there. i had sand all over me and cuts all over my arm and a HORRIBLE head ache. but thankfully- i was ok. it was my dog who had known the way back. she saved the day lol.

but yeah it was crazy and scary but- i knew somehow i would in the end be ok because God was right there with me through the whole thing. That's really what i learned through today- is that it doesn't matter your circumstance or whatever you're going through- just to know he is there right beside you helping you all along the way. and hah yeah i have a thorn stuck in my finger and it HURTS- and it will not come out- we have tried and tried so i guess i have to wait for it to kinda just fall out...shoot lol
BUT out of all this I'm just glad I'm ok and back at the house :)

sorry- its a little hard to see but markus is on the right and he is saying "moooooo" and herman is on the left saying "you freak- i was gonna say that!!!! UGHH" seeeee i told you i would have talking cows!!!!!! :) lol yepp i named them myself!! aren't you proud...yeah i know you are. lol so yeah any suggestions of what i should do next?!?!? lol

Theodore...really do i need to explain?

so this is what happens when kaylee has a friend over and so does aaron and we need something to do....lol yeah i know its kinda dark...it was like 10:00 at night and the only light we had was a street light. lol so pretty much i have this huge/long stuffed animal snake and we decided to name it theodore. then we met up with adam and aaron to make a movie. lol i know it sounds crazy but it was fun...seriously. maybe its just me and madi but EVERY single time we watch this we start BUSTING out laughing and can't stop. i guess if that doesnt happen to you then you must've just had to have been there or somethin. lol so yeah check it out :)
